Please read these terms before using a template. Last updated October 2026.
Your licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use one template for one wedding website. You may not resell, share your key publicly or redistribute the design or code.
Acceptable use
Use your website for your wedding and related celebrations. Do not publish anything unlawful, hateful, infringing or misleading, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's websites. We may suspend a website that breaks these terms.
Your content and your guests
You are responsible for the content you publish and for the information you collect from guests. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, music and video you upload.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. Keep a copy of your guest list by downloading it from your dashboard.
Refunds and support
Because templates are digital products, refunds are handled through Etsy under its policies. If something does not work, message us first and we will fix it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
