What is this and how does it work?
These are ready-made wedding website templates. You buy a design on Etsy, receive a key, enter it on our home page, choose your link and edit the text and photos in a simple dashboard. Your website is live as soon as you save.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay once for the template on Etsy. There is no subscription to cancel.
Do I need to know how to code or design?
Not at all. You fill in simple forms and see a live preview. If you can send a message on your phone, you can edit your website.
How do guests RSVP and where do I see the replies?
Guests fill in a short form on your website. Every reply appears in your dashboard guest list, where you can download it as Excel or CSV, or print it.
Can guests choose a meal or add a plus-one?
Yes. You can turn on meal choices, dietary notes and guest numbers, and for multi-day weddings guests can reply separately for each event.
Can I use it for a multi-day wedding with several events?
Yes. Add as many events as you need, each with its own date, venue, map link, dress code and notes. Our South Asian and Nikkah templates are designed for this.
Can I add photos, video and music?
Yes. Add a photo gallery and a story timeline, upload a short video (up to 10 MB) or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, and choose background music from our library.
Is my wedding website private?
Couples' websites are hidden from search engines, so only people you share the link with are likely to find it. You can also protect a website with a password.
Does it work well on phones?
Yes. Every design is built for phones first, because most guests open invitations from a message.
Can I use my own domain name?
At the moment your website lives at our domain, for example invitel.me/anna-and-tom. It is short, easy to type and easy to print on invitations.
Which languages are supported?
The dashboard is available in several languages including Arabic, Urdu, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch, Polish and Japanese. Your wedding website itself can be written in any language, and one of our templates is set up for two languages at once.
I lost my private ID. What should I do?
Contact us with your website address and we will help you regain access after checking it is you.
Can I switch to a different template after buying?
Each key is for one design. If you would like a different one, message us on Etsy and we will see what we can do.
How do I get a refund?
Templates are digital products, so refunds follow Etsy's policies. If something is not working, message us first and we will fix it.
