Step by step
1. Buy your template on Etsy
Open our Etsy store, choose the design you like and check out. You receive a file with your purchase key, which looks like BRGN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
2. Activate your key
Go to the home page, paste the key and choose your address, for example /anna-and-tom. We check instantly that it is free. You then receive a private 5-digit ID. Save it somewhere safe, because it is how you sign in.
3. Make it yours
Open the dashboard and replace the example names, date, venue, story and photos. Use Preview to see changes, then Save. Your website is live the moment you save.
4. Share the link
Send the link by message, add it to your save-the-dates or print the address on your paper invitations. Guests reply online, and replies appear in your dashboard.
Tips for a great first edit
- Start with names, date and venue, then the events. Those three sections answer most guest questions.
- Add one hero photo before the rest. A bright, well-cropped picture makes the page feel finished.
- Write the FAQ last, using the questions your family has already asked you.
- Open your own link on a phone before you share it.
- Set an RSVP deadline about four weeks before the wedding so you have time to chase replies.
What is this and how does it work?

Do I pay every month?

Not at all. You fill in simple forms and see a live preview. If you can send a message on your phone, you can edit your website.
How do guests RSVP and where do I see the replies?
Guests fill in a short form on your website. Every reply appears in your dashboard guest list, where you can download it as Excel or CSV, or print it.
Can guests choose a meal or add a plus-one?
Yes. You can turn on meal choices, dietary notes and guest numbers, and for multi-day weddings guests can reply separately for each event.
